Use this form to build your quote for your conference stay at Tajoma Farm. Simply select the options you’d like to include, and you’ll see your estimated total as you go. We charge a minimum rate for 10 guests for accommodation and catering, even if your group is smaller, to cover the costs of preparing the space and ensuring your comfort. Once you’ve completed your selections, submit the form, and we will get back to you to confirm your booking and any additional details. If you have any questions while completing this form, please feel free to contact us.
Please note: Pricing is per day, so if your conference is over multiple days, this form will need to be completed and submitted for each day as needs may differ.
This secures exclusive use of the The Barn for your conference, and any additional preparation required.
Charged for a minimum of 10 guests, even if your group is smaller, as it costs the same to prepare and service the space whether for 2 or 10 people. Includes overnight stay in The Barn.
If you’d like additional or private accommodation separate from the main 22-sleeper farmhouse, you can book our cosy teepees - we have two available.
We will set up tables and chairs in a conference style for you (view images for examples) and pack them away after your event. If you choose to handle this yourself, you’re welcome to, but please ensure everything is returned without damage. This will also include if you need names on beds, as well as setting up any promo items (provided by yourselves, or us at an additional fee).

Snacks & Beverage Options
Includes a host/hostess to manage the tea and coffee station and replenish throughout the day. Charged for a minimum of 10 guests, even if fewer attend.
